Your Carpet Guy provides professional carpet cleaning, repair, and dyeing services to the highest industry standards; however, complete stain or odor removal cannot be guaranteed, as results vary by carpet type, age, and prior treatment. Your Carpet Guy is not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage from previous cleaning methods or chemicals. Customers are responsible for removing valuables and breakables prior to service; Your Carpet Guy is not responsible for property or furniture not removed or protected. Slip hazards may exist while carpet is damp, and the customer assumes responsibility once service is complete. Repairs and stretching are warranted for 30 days against workmanship issues, but no warranty is provided for stain removal, odor treatment, or color-dyeing. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed, and late or returned payments may be subject to fees and collection costs as permitted by Colorado law. Your Carpet Guy carries general liability insurance for proven negligence but shall not be held responsible beyond its coverage. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, with any disputes resolved in El Paso County, CO.
